Bianca completed the Bachelor of Applied Science Honours program at the University of Guelph in 2020, followed by a post-graduate Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences certificate at Brock University in 2021. She completed her Master of Science in Education in Speech-Language Pathology at SUNY Buffalo State University in 2023. During her master's program, she completed her thesis on the emotional production and perception of vocal quality in individuals with Parkinson's Disease. 

Bianca's academic and clinical experiences furthered her interest in how the effects of voice control and articulation can alter communication. She is passionate about helping individuals with professional communication, voice and resonance, cognitive-communication, and language development. Bianca  believes a holistic approach to communication training can empower individuals to express their needs, foster meaningful relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life. She is motivated to instill confidence in others that their words are heard and understood in every environment.
