Hi, I’m Caleb!
I’m fascinated by how communication shapes the way we’re perceived—whether in clinical settings, leadership roles, or high-stakes professional environments. My approach to communication coaching is grounded in both science and real-world experience, helping clients refine not just how they speak, but how they show up.
I completed a BA in Linguistics with a minor in Psychology at McGill University before earning my Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto. More recently, I completed an MBA at the University of British Columbia, where I deepened my understanding of leadership, strategy, and professional communication in complex organizations.
My career has spanned clinical practice and healthcare leadership, where clear, effective communication is essential. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals—from patients and families to interdisciplinary teams and senior leaders—supporting communication in moments that truly matter. This experience shapes how I work with clients today: practical, goal-oriented, and tailored to real-world demands.
I enjoy working with professionals who want to elevate their communication—whether that means refining an accent, increasing clarity and confidence, or communicating more effectively in workplace settings. I take a structured, individualized approach, helping clients make targeted adjustments to pronunciation, rhythm, and intonation, while also strengthening broader skills like organization of ideas, executive presence, and conversational ease.
Outside of work, I enjoy music production, playing a round of golf or a match of squash, and spending time on Vancouver Island with my family.
